Vinyasa flow

Have you always been intimidated by yoga? Do you think you are not flexible enough for it? Do you feel like you won’t be able to follow allong or understand what you are supposed to do in the poses?

This class is for you. Designed to be accessible for everyone. Focused on the key elements of Yoga so that you can reap the benefits from day 1. Introducing you to the poses and keeping the focus of the practice on connecting with yourself, your body, mind, and breath

Of course, I always keep my classes mixed level so it will still be challenging for advanced practitioners and I always add optional challenging inversions to start working towards that handstand!

Rocket

Do you think Yoga is too “chill” or slow for you? Are you too hyperactive and can’t even picture you staying through a whole yoga class with everyone is just zen and peaceful? Do you want to work on your inner self while also looking to improve you physique as much as possible?

Then you have to try Rocket! This is the style that made me fall in love with yoga (if it was able to make an hyperactive, 10 second attention span trader get hooked on yoga it can hook you as well). Rocket is a dynamic style of yoga where you will be challenged from the first breath to the last, both mentally and physically. And with arm balances being a central part of the

It’s one of the most useful styles for the average person because it inherently works on teaching your nervous system to switch between parasympathetic and sympathetic (but that’s a longer article for another day)

Yin

Are you runner/gym rat/sporty human that can’t possibly fit more intense exercise in the day, but that desperatly needs to start working on your flexibility or you won’t be able to bend your knees next time you go for a run? Do you work long hours sitting in an office and all you want is to relax after a long day, stretch your legs, rest your mind, and if possible, get rid of that back pain?

Yin is the best style for those that mainly see yoga as “stretching” and “chill”. It consists of holding poses for 2-5 minutes at a time (mostly laying on your mat don’t worry we’re not talking about holding a handstand for 5 minutes). It’s the best to fully relax the mind at the end of the day and work on your flexibility after a day of sports
